Bella Brews will set up and sell beverages directly to your guests. For eligible fundraising events, a customized give-back may also be available. Every event is different and
we'll work with your organization to create something that makes sense for everyone.

A Magical Beverage Experience for Every Celebration

Bella Brews provides a full-service hosted beverage experience.
We provide everything needed—from premium ingredients and professional setup to
friendly beverage attendants and cleanup—so your guests can enjoy
handcrafted beverages while you enjoy your event.
Every Hosted Experience Includes:
2 Beverage Bar Attendants
Professional setup, service, and cleanup
2-2.5 hours of hosted service (depending on guest count)
Full Bella Brews menu (20 oz. servings)
Premium syrups, creamers, cups, lids, straws, and ice
Coolers, serving equipment, tables, and linens
One beverage per guest
Pricing (Up to 99 Guests)
Hosted Beverage Experience: $599.00
Dirty Sodas (Potions): $7 each
Cold Brews (Brews) & Alani Energy (Elixirs): $8 each
Travel beyond standard service area and/or extended service time may incur additional fees

Add a Beverage Bundle: 25 additional beverages + 1 extra hour of service — $375
Payment Terms:
50% non-refundable retainer is due upon acceptance of your quote to reserve your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to event date. If your event/service
date is within 7 days of booking, full payment is due at the time of acceptance to secure your reservation. Pricing here does not include applicable sales tax

Bella Brews can pop up at your workplace, allowing employees to purchase handcrafted beverages during lunch, shift changes, or special appreciation days.
